4-6 years of required experience DOES NOT EQUAL “Entry Level, Junior Designer”. I see this kind of shit every day on job sites.

People in Human Resources departments really need to learn their terminology so that the designers looking for jobs know if they’re even qualified.

Also, If everybody wants someone with 5+ years of professional experience, how the hell is anybody else going to get experience?
